From what I'm hearing it looks like Tennessee will be the first SEC offer for 2019 Loganville (Ga.) Grayson athlete Owen Pappoe. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound prospect recently added his first offer, courtesy of Boston College, and Tennessee figures to join a list that will eventually include several more programs.
Pappoe was one of the top underclassmen at the Rivals Camp in Atlanta last month and is a name we will all be talking about down the road.
Here's a link to his profile.

As a rising freshman, Pappoe was one of the youngest prospects in attendance, but you wouldn't know it by looking at him. He's already 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds and looked mature beyond his years while working out at defensive back. Pappoe had no problem staying with players older and more polished and won more than his share of reps in one-on-ones. At a camp loaded with talent, Pappoe excelled and it surely won't be the first camp he has success at during his career.
