love that plan... except for the part where nobody knows for sure who is a big time coach. Pretty much everyone 24 months ago would say Herman, Harbaugh, Franklin and Mr Row The Boat were big time coaches. Even Kirby got his ass handed to him Saturday by a team with far less talent.
