Hopefully the recruiting guys have done a terrible overall job evaluating in-state kids this year. And hopefully these guys we are missing on/passing on end up at schools like Purdue and NC State rather than UF, Bama, UGA, etc. Because if that's how it plays out, it will be hard to buy the "not high on in-state guys" talk.
