2 FT's after the 10th foul is such a ridiculous rule in college basketball.

The only reason they started the rule was they somehow thought that teams wouldn't foul at the end of games so it they wouldn't be so drawn out. So did they just think teams weren't going to foul anyway and lose without trying?

Would be much more exciting to force team to make FT's.
