Update on infants found dead outside South Carolina day care

Identical twin brothers likely died of heat stroke after being left in a vehicle outside a daycare for more than nine hours Wednesday, according to the Richland County Coroner’s Office.

Waiting on more details to emerge because I’m still confused how they could accidentally be left in a car for 9 hours…. Can’t imagine being the one to stumble upon this scene… very tragic story, can’t imagine what the parent or parents r going thru if this was truly an accident
