2015 & 2016 compare Butch on in-game coaching and grade him so far this year

Can you all give him a grade up to this point in 2016? If you see noticeable improvement, what do you attest it to?

I personally don't think he seems as stressed out on the sidelines as he did last year. It's a proven fact that high stress impairs the thought process.

What do you and the board think?
