40,000 have entered U.S. from China in last 2 months?

The New York Times is reporting that nearly 40,000 people have entered the U.S. from China since travel restrictions were supposedly put in place in early February. There have been 430,000 that entered the country since New Years eve when the outbreak in China became public. We might want to take a closer look at our airport security protocols.

Also linked below is a Scopes fact check confirming that we sent 17.8 TONS of medical supplies to China earlier this year to fight the virus.
