my schedule doesn't set up well for the Int fasting diet so I started messing with carb back loading. I haven't fully gone to this but have tried it several times to see if I can go without carbs almost all day. So I'm going to start it full time starting Monday. For those that don't want to read, it's basically 30 carbs or less before working out and then eat as many as you want afterwards. It breaks down how your insulin response is greatest in the morning and eating just a few carbs will throw your body into fat storing mode but eating them at night after a workout will supply your muscles with carbs instead of storing them as fat.
