We are not an I formation team, and don't have the personnel to run it. This is not an overpowering OL, nor can it block long enough for a guy to stand back there and throw the ball in the pocket. We don't have a pocket passing QB. For Hurd to think we would tweak the entire offense for him without the personnel to run it - well that's not a team first mentality, nor is it very smart. Maybe he should have asked to switch to TE in the spring.
