I remember Hart saying he always had a "list" of potential replacements for major jobs. Sounds like something every AD would do. Coaches can suddenly retire, get hired away, check into the Betty Ford clinic, etc. So what would happen with a lame duck AD? I presume we would have to have the new AD in place before even interviewing HC candidates?
