I hadn't listened to Swain in awhile and he was very positive about the things he is seeing from the Vols:
1. Croom is going to be very tough to cover in the passing game. A major mismatch no matter who the defense puts on him (too fast for LB, to big for Safety to cover), and he has one of the best coaches in the country for TEs.
2. Hurd has an extra gear this year. He is faster. Had a break away in practice and did not get caught from behind.
3. The future for TN at QB is in good hands. Guarantano carries himself like he is starting in a few weeks. A very talented QB who is going to take the Vols to a lot of wins over the next several years.
Don't get me wrong, it's the opinion of one person, and I have no idea how accurate it is, but it sounds good.
