I think Martinez, QB coach, and S&C are the only three changes that are mandatory. i know everyone is talking about dumping Mahoney for Wells or moving Debord and all that but our OL was better than our DBs.

id be very happy with those changes and see where it gets us. i know Stripling is rumored to possibly take an off field role so if that happens that's fine but i think he did a good job with the DL given all the injuries and the O'Brien dismissal.
What are your thoughts everyone? And are the above hires realistic?
