Meat selections getting skinny out here in this neck of the woods... I’ve got a London broil I hit with the tenderizer, soaking in Island Teriyaki Marinade...
Gonna throw it on the pellet cooker and smoke till 132 IT, then reverse sear...
Fried rice as a side...
Oh and most importantly, beer... Got a couple 32oz cans of Tailgate Brewery Battlesteed IPA, really good beer!
