this board know about any of the OC candidates. I see posts about what Michigan fans and Michigan folks say. I suppose that is some kind of scientific poll. What if someone said the "Tennessee Volquest fans say...", would you trust that?
Good grief, every coordinator we have ever had has "fans" calling for his head, including Chief, Cut, and all the rest. We ballyhooed the staff Butch brought on board. Not one of us has the information Butch has. With all he had done to put out the dumpster fire he inherited, does he not get the benefit of the doubt, especially before anything has even happened. I guess not, with all the VQ experts with inside info we have dribbling all over the board.
Butch has it all on the line, has more information than anyone else, and had been on target on every front since he came here. Does anyone think he is going to make a bad hire and risk everything. He is not Dooley, hiring Sal to be the savior.
Please, give it a break. We are a hot program. Finally we are trending upward. Finally the future looks bright. We have an outstanding class coming in on the heels of another great class.
