The 100th was a "high valued ISIS target" who was stalked for over a week. He was leaving a building where they believe over 100 men, women and children were tortured and murdered. The gun he used was a Barrett M82 light 50 caliber. The sniper had a two second window to make the shot, which penetrated the body armor and basically cut the terror henchman in half.
