  • An eight-game conference schedule with each team having one permanent SEC rival and seven additional conference foes that rotate
  • A nine-game conference schedule with each team having three permanent SEC rivals and six additional conference foes that rotate. In this model, it's possible teams may not be required to schedule a nonconference game against a Power Five opponent.
So with those being the only 2 options the SEC is looking at now. I have a couple of questions.

1. Do the AD's vote on this or does Sankey get to make the decision. Which way will the vote go?

2. I read where UF and UK wants UT as one of its 3 opponents. Which team wins out? Will it be UA, Vandy, UF or UA, Vandy, UK.

3. Which option would you prefer. I think we all agree 1 permeant opponent being Vandy is better for the Vols but would the 9 game SEC schedule be better as a fan.
