Randy Charlton
High 3-star DE who local powers haven't offered yet. Had a great junior year sack-wise, especially in the playoffs, and has Miss State/Baylor/Nebraska as his best non-Vol offers so far. Sounds like Miami would jump to the top with an offer, but clearly we've got some ties.

The 6-foot-3, 215-pound prospect used his quickness to get to the quarterback consistently. Charlton even moved inside to a defensive tackle position and continued to win his one-on-one reps."
I like this offer a lot as we expand the DE board and leverage our SFL ties.
