I have been having some pretty bad left elbow pain since 2014. I specifically remember when I did it. (I was at the gym doing french curls...felt like someone stuck a fire-hot needle in the inside of my elbow). I finally went to the Dr. and got a MRI. Just got a call and was told "you have a partial tear of the anterior fibers of the ulnar collateral ligament at its attachment to the humerus"
Can someone translate and tell me if this is corrected by PT or surgery or just something I gotta live with?
TIA
