Anybody else have terrible problems with these new chip cards?

I have had 3 sent to me in 90 days.Letter says their system has been breached.Do those buttholes realize the chaos they are creating?I have 6 items deducted monthly off my chip card.Every day,it's a new call saying your debit card is no longer valid.Including this site.Had to set up another account,user name,etc.Sucks
