Anyone else notice that Delta Airlines are scam artist ?

I book a family trip to Montana. I have points for free ticket and book one ticket with those points. I then try and book my family on the same flights but the out bound flight won’t show. It shows with miles but not with cash. The price went up $1500 when I called Delta to book their tickets.

What a freaking scam.
