Anyone else on internet having massive issues?

The bottom has fallen out of my Charter internet. I have the basic service, but even then speeds are always over 200mbps. I’m in Lenoir City.

For the last 10 hours speeds have been 2 megabits and under. 1 percent of my normal speed. I am a cord cutter, therefore TV is a no-go right now.


Anyone else?
