Anyone have DirectTV streaming????

How is the DVR? I have had Direct TV before and loved them but it kept costing more. What is the typical cost? I saw a medium package for $50 a month. Would love to hear from some of you streaming guys.
Also it looks like they have the basic networks, does this mean I dont need an HD antenna to get ABC, NBC, Fox and CBS??
