Just purchased a home in the Pacific Northwest outside of Seattle that only has heat. It’s not uncommon for homes in that area to not have AC but the last couple of decades the temps are continuing to rise and now most new homes in the region have HVAC.
Is it possible to run central air in the existing ducts of my home?
Home is about 20 years old and 3,300 sq ft. How big of a central air unit would I want to use?
Any particular brand to request and/or stay away from?
