There's no excuse to not make some serious evaluations/changes at the end of the season....

In fact, if he doesn't and claims everything is fine, that's pretty much admitting/an indication that it's his fault.

Bad:
Mahoney. Our O-Line literally looks worse than it did when he took over here. There is absolutely no excuse for that as offensive linemen are usually the players that develop the most in their career. Ours have regressed (besides Weisman)

Debord. Offense is sloppier than I can ever remember.....flags, turnovers, negative plays, etc. It has also gotten worse (with better players) than when he took over. Playcalling is predictable and uncreative.

N. Sheridan. Dobbs has regressed as a QB in the last 2 years.....not only in skill but also in decision making. Sheridan has done nothing to prove that he deserves to be the assistant coach for our most important position.

S&C Coach. While we look well conditioned we also look both slower and weaker than we did just last year. Also the injuries....no way that isn't traced back to his program at least a little

Meh:
Martinez. Gets a break for Sutton being out and for how well Formeman has improved, but Kelly and Martin have regressed as players while Abernathy and Moseley really haven't changed.

Azzani. Seems like he learned from all the negative feedback he was getting about being too big of a douche with his players, still not thrilled with him though

Good:
Thigpen. Best recruiter so that gets him here. He had Kirkland/McDowell/Sapp ready when called upon (and I guess Jumper since his problem isn't athleticism but athletic ability)

Stripling. One of the most beloved assistants on the staff by his players (similar to how Sam Pittman used to be with the OL). DL seems to be well coached.

Gillespie. Every RB that has been thrown in there looks extremely prepared and ready to contribute. Hell, our 3rd stringer honestly looks like's our best player at the position. Take away the fumble on Saturday and Fils Aime has looked really good for a true freshman too.
