At the moment.....with Butch as CEO/recruiter, DeBord as OC and Shoop as DC....think we have about

as top-end leadership in all the major program roles as we could hope to have.... No, they aren't perfect (none are), but they are all damn good in their roles....and any future changes won't likely be for the better.....

I'm just going to enjoy it while it lasts...... Future looks very bright!!
