This had been so public at this point anyone not named Fulmer or Blackburn will be fighting an uphill battle that simply can't be ignored....they will be under a huge microscope and it will create even further division and aingst in the department and fan base....culturely it will be so hard to overcome
If it's Fulmer or DB or both, the fan base will be united and supportive and their will be a resounding excitement and those two will be operating in a very positive environment.
There is no way she can be so out of touch to ignore this right? and don't give me the right guy crap....nobody interested in the job has anything that impresses enough to get excited about and they definitely aren't slam dunks
