First, there's no agenda here, I promise. But another thread today talks about our OL strategy and maybe it needs to change. This made me wonder, how does a guy like Dave Hart weigh in on that? And moreover, how does he evaluate the football philosophies of his coach.
Do ADs hire football consultants, expert football guys who can independently suggest whether the coach has blind spots in certain areas? Other than Ws and Ls, how does an AD evaluate football strategy? (Yes, I know that's the coach's job, but if I was an AD, I wouldn't want to be in the dark on subjects like OL strategy)
