in another thread you intimated that if a coaching change happened (i.e., Freeze), that it would not be Fulmer making the hire. The old rule of thumb (for whatever that's worth) is that AD's get one change....however, that is usually when they inherit a coach and not when they were the person that made the hire. However, we all know that PF took over in crisis mode and didn't have much opportunity to do a normal search. Would he be given that opportunity if UT felt that JP had lost the building or would we see an AD change as well? @Austin_Price
