My three favorites
1. Herbs and Rye- Incredible steaks and craft cocktails. When you drive up, you will hate me. When you step inside, it’s pure gold.
2. Lotus of Siam- Best Thai food in US. Was pick up only during pandemic.
3. Capos- Italian speakeasy. Password required for entry. Family style and good.
Golf
Shadow Creek is seemingly incredible but I can’t get on. I have played Cascata which is awesome and Wynn Golf Club. Pricey rounds but so solid. Off the radar recommendation is Las Vegas Country Club. It’s private but if you call they will work you in. The rat pack were members and the stories are captured on each tee. Really fun nostalgic round…
