Doesn't make sense to bring in a new guy and create more staff turnover and the need to learn a new system. Also doesn't make sense to bring a coach in to call plays never having worked with the current offensive staff if we keep them in place. Smooth transition with azzanni. He is qualified, great recruiter, and can keep the continuity with the young guys. He's going to get this opportunity at some point. Why not now? Explain how anyone on the big board would be a better option given all the moving parts that go into a coordinator change.
