How much do you usually charge for playing certain kids over better players? Like, I know most coaches always bat their own kid 2nd in the order and let him play in the field where he wants. But, if a kid is tired of batting 9th or 10th, what do you charge to move him up a few spots?
I haven't done this before and was wondering the going rates. Is it more for high school? Do private school coaches expect to make more? Do friends of the coaches son have to pay the same rates, or do they get discounts?
