We have lost so many in the past few weeks. As a kid my dream like many others was to be a baseball player. Hard work and playing smart got me to see-pro but even at that level there is tremendous talent and I did not have it. But it taught me one thong, that if my lifelong dream was not going to happen, then education was the route to go. So, I shook off my unrealistic dreams, matured almost overnight, and devoted myself to educational pursuits. Some of you know the story of how this happened in a 10 minute span.
Last week I lost another classmate from high school, one of several this past year. Father Time can and will kick you in the ass. The Joe Morgan death just brings that home, again.

Now we need to get this team back on track and whip some Kentucky butt in our annual beatdown of them.
