Based on the Podcast, the Vols need this guy to be good enough to start in the SEC.

Especially if JG doesn’t get the starting job this season, with the Vols looking JUCO or grad transfer for QB for 2019, we are going to be very thin at QB until the 2020 Class. Hopefully Shrout is good enough to start at Tennessee at some point.
