Won't be able to post a ton of updates today, but we're up 1-0 in the bottom half of the 3rd.
Wanted to start this thread to make two comments.
1) Will Neely is going to be a very good pitcher for us if he will develop.
2) I have also been extremely impressed by Brodie Ledtridge these last few games. He just hit a triple off the wall and is 5-9 on the weekend. If this continues, he's going to be an asset in center field for the next few years. His hitting has been the issue, but he's swinging the bat really well now.
Lost in all the talk about other things with the team has been the apparent development of Neely and Leftridge. Plus Soto and Warren have still been giving us really good outings on Fridays and Saturdays. Easy to forget about the performances of these players when the bullpen has forced us to spend half of every thread about their performance, Serrano's job, and possible replacements.
