I'm a Big Green Idiot and the wife wants some pilled pork this weekend. She got a 5.5lb bone-in shoulder for me to smoke.
SO- do you subtract cook time for the bone weight?
Is it still 1.5-2 hours per pound?
What temp can you pull it off and do the wrap in foil/place in secure cooler?
