Based on my recollection - during his tenure.....he has.....
Turned the AD budget around but helped by new SEC revenue, end of some coaching payouts and some other factors - not sure of specifics of what he did to create new revenue streams or curb spending
Moved Vols from Adidas to Nike but seemed to have gotten the short straw of Nike $ when compared to other Nike deals completed shortly thereafter
Hired Butch Jones but only after turned down by Mike Gundy and Charlie Strong and after keeping Derek Dooley for one year too many
Created a bad perception nationally for the way he handled "Bruce Pearl Petition" and Cuonzo's departure and replaced him with the absolute worst hire in SEC basketball history by conducting his own "diligence" of The Don....lucked into the Rick Barnes hire because if Texas had not fire CRB then another bad Dave Hart basketball hire - See FSU and Bama
Integrated Men's and Women's ADs...,,but not well - see lawsuits and negative media attention for many of the decisions made along the way
Watched the Lady Vols basketball progam....once the Pride and Glory.....achieve low levels not seen for 30+ years and in some cases ever.....
Overseen for 4 seasons a baseball program that continues to languish - Serrano has had basically the same success as Todd Raleigh
Overseen an AD that is now the subject of a Title IX lawsuit.....that seems to follow some of the same patterns that he oversaw as AD at FSU......a job that he was fired from......
I am sure there are more items......but it seems to me that Dave Hart may need to start packing!
