At least on Amelia and all Jacksonville area beaches effective today. I have mixed feelings about that. If people practiced common sense I think beach walking fishing etc are safe activities but as I saw on the beach yesterday that was not always the case especially with the younger crowd. Also it draws people out. Not sure if we are going to hang here or go to our cabin. Tough call.
