is absolutely transforming before our eyes. Marble Alley has added hundreds of well-earning citizens to downtown. The new Hyatt Place in the Farragut Building is absolutely gorgeous. There is a new Embassy Suites going in the old AmSouth/Regions Bank building with anchor shopping and restaurants going in there as well. Tombras is also finishing construction on a complete building remodel on the NE corner of Church and Gay Street. There is also a huge hotel development taking place at the old Knoxville News-Sentinel site right next to the First Tennessee Building.
