1) Promote Scott. Keep him on the staff and upgrade from a recruiting perspective at the position. I was a fan of Debord overall but I think Scott can be as good.

2) Hire a young up and coming QB coach who is a stud recruiter. My first choice would be, as someone on here mentioned, Brandon Streeter from Clemson. I know he's a Clemson alum but I would offer him a hefty raise to move. He's spearheading some ridiculous recruiting and has coached Deshaun plus recruited both Hunter Johnson and Lawrence. Would be a massive home run hire IMO and if we paid up it would show a tremendous commitment from the AD.

Other ideas for that spot would be GA Mangus, formerly of SoCar and now at SCSU; and Ryan Silverfield at Memphis, who's more of an OL guy but was the QB coach at ASU with Norvell and has done really well recruiting for a complete $hithole program

3) Replace Mahoney with Wells and upgrade recruiting

4) Hire some high school/JUCO coaches to replace Wells in his current position to help recruiting like Wells has and beef up the recruiting staff overall.

Thoughts? @Brent_Hubbs @Rob Lewis @Austin_Price
