Baseball and track are about over, trying to get him to 170 by fall practice. He's currently 6'0" 155 and that's 10lbs added since football ended last year. He's strong (290 max BP)but we've hit a wall with adding weight. He does the weight gain shakes twice a day, think it's 1800cal combined, does ice cream peanut butter shakes before bed and eats 6-7 times a day, no less than 8500 calories a day. Hoping a good creatine will add that water weight, combined with his calorie intake and help him reach his goal. TIA for any advice.
