Best to season to buy a weekend lake boat

I was thinking that Covid 19 and folks being out of work would make this a good time to buy a boat but that is not the case. Then I was thinking that maybe before Christmas would be good as people are always looking for cash, Or I was thinking at the end of the summer when they might think they are over it?

Is there a good time to pick up a good deal?
