OK, that was an exciting basketball season.
Now it's time for the Big Ears festival in Knoxville. My wife and I are big fans, have been every year. It's kind of a staycation for us, we get premium tics and stay downtown for the long weekend. Many great experiences for the music lover.

Will see everything Caroline Shaw does - especially her stuff with So Percussion. Multiple Pulitzer Prize winner with an innovative band.
Meredith Monk and Bang on a Can Allstars. Two of the all-time greats in Avant guard music together.
75 Dollar Bill
Sons of Kemmet. Hard bop exploded.
Mdou Moctar. African rock.
Jamie Branch. Warm jazz.
Krewe de Kanaval. Just for fun.
