These are guys who had immense talent, but either academics or external trouble kept them from reaching their potential and would have been sure fire NFL guys. A few that jump immediately to mind:
James Banks
Dustin Moore
Lamarcus Coker

I believe Banks would have been a Heisman contender at some point had he stuck around. Would have been the bridge between Clausen and Ainge
