We can't go wrong with Blackburn or Fulmer. I thought AD experience was set as a requirement for the AD search, but even without Fulmer having that experience, I believe he would be a great fit. There was a great article in KNS yesterday about our new chancellor and the way she understands the importance of sports to a college campus. In spite of what many on this board think, a woman can be good at her job and still support sports. She will not sacrifice UT sports to change the sports culture to be more Title IX friendly. It is the law, so Title IX cannot be ignored like many on GQ would like to do. Title IX can destroy sports quicker than a a 10 game losing streak, so you have to be proactive and educate players. I also believe Blackburn and Fulmer would know that more than Hart. The first thing I would like our new AD to do it...Bring back the Lady Vols name. While that would piss off abut half on this board, it would be a good start for the new AD and would give him a quick feather in his hat from 90% of the UT fans.
