What are the metrics SEC officials will be using to determine the fate of the 2020 Football season?

Is it related to statewide case / death numbers in the SEC footprint? Is it related to number of cases in football programs over the next few weeks? A combination of both?

Will it be led by conversations / restrictions for state / local governments?

How is the ultimate decision made?
