BRAE, Hypothetically would CJ Smith (the uf decommit) have been a take for Tennessee?

Seems like we're pretty full at receiver. I ask because I saw an article from KNS linked on Yahoo that is Titled "Four Star CJ Smith Commits to georgia Over Tennessee Football After Decomitting from florida." Based on what has been said here, that seems like a disingenuous assertion at best and at worst another opportunity for the KNS to sh!t on Tennessee Football.
