Forgive me if you've answered this, but considering we are in day 45 of not having an OC that is a long period that you may have answered these things.

Do you have insight into what exactly is it that Pruitt is looking for in his next OC? He has "talked" with plenty of potential candidates, but every time it ends up not being the guy we seem to get an explanation that either it was to pick their brain or it wasn't the "right fit". So what defines the right fit, then?

@Jesse_Simonton, you said the following last night when someone asked why it has taken so long to find a new OC: Takes two to tango — from both sides (OC candidates and UT). Can you be more specific in what you mean?

And @Brent_Hubbs, you said this: I think for the offensive staff there was frustrations because you had a lot of guys with opinions and I'm not sure Helton was strong enough as a leader. Is it truly that Helton didn't have strong enough a personality to be the OC (which means he should likely fail as a head coach, then), or is it because his boss wasn't enabling him to be the dominant voice in the room? What exactly leads you to make that statement, I guess is what I am getting at?
