I have watched signing day and recruitment for over a decade now. Magically, through the years of fax cams and posts before twitter and all, but would you explain the actual commitable offer LOI process for Tuesday and Wednesday next week? Does Tennessee send the commitable LOI Tuesday to the prospect? If someone pulls a surprise, does CJP send out the next LOI asap to try and get the next available?
