This is a guy that was a top 100 player, the #4 pro style QB, has started and won games in the Big 10 as a Freshman/RS Freshman before sustaining a season ending injury in both seasons, and only has 4 picks in about 200 attempts. Even if he hasn’t exactly been a world beater in practice at UT, HOW is he being easily dismissed by you amongst the likes of Brian Maurer and JT Shrout? For a team that’s seeking better QB play, it’s hard to believe he’s not even in consideration to be the starter. JG has simply yet to show it, and you know what you’re getting in him. I just find this part of the QB room equation awfully strange. What has led you to do this? Is it simply that he’s also being dismissed behind the scenes?
