BRAJP/Board What is it that the staff is looking for at tackle

In there time here, the staff have recruited the following guys out of HS as tackles.

2013
Kendrick
Sanders

2014
Coleman Thomas
Ray Raulerson
Blair

2015

Jones
Richmond
Boulware
Hall

As of right now, Kendrick, Blair, and Richmond are the only guys slated for Tackle for sure. Hall and Boulware are still figuring it out but both seem destined for tackle.

What exactly are they looking for there?
